Position Summary
Within an enterprise software environment, the Campaign Lead will coordinate, project manage, execute, and analyze lead nurturing, sales enablement, demand generation, and channel enablement. Working closely with the entire marketing team, the Campaign Lead will evaluate campaigns across web, email, and social channels to improve outcomes and support production.

Essential Functions
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, project costs, and project goals
  • Coordinates marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Manages marketing calendars and activities
  • Communicates with sales to gather feedback on campaigns and reports on results
  • Works with program vendors on setup and logistics
Required Education, Experience and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field
  • Three to five years of marketing experience in increasingly complex roles
  • One to three years of marketing experience within technology field
  • One to three years of digital marketing experience
  • Multi-disciplined marketing experience: Lead generation, marketing communications, digital, content, marketing programs/events, etc.
  • Demonstrated excellence in campaign and project management
  • Strong time management and analytical skills
  • Do-what-it-takes mindset
  • Excellent oral, written and presentation skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with social, SEO, and SEM is a plus
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Hubspot Marketing, Marketing Automation, Basecamp, Google Analytics, and AdWords is a plus
