I realize that if one of your complaints about your employer is the lack of bathrooms you are speaking from a position of privilege but it is really a bit ridiculous here.
You should visit my workplace, then. The facilities weren't meant to hold a crew this large. If our a/c dies on us later this week we'll have issues with people collapsing due to the heat & smog around so many running computers in such a small space. Our bathrooms are frequently disasters.
There is privilege and there is lousy working conditions that border on truly unsafe. Considering that we get regular asbestos & bed bug exposure reports at work, I don't call complaining a privilege. I call that a crappy landlord in need of suitable chastisement.
I know very well that looking and finding are different things, but it seems to me you should be looking elsewhere (as am I).
