Preparing for release of Dianara 1.4.2.

Mostly minor changes and bugfixes. The most obvious change will be noticed by users of certain environments that use the "Cancel/OK" order in OK/Cancel dialogs, which Dianara now follows in several places, like the Configuration window or the profile editor.
