interestingly, in this case the standard is just the pillow. Basically, it's misnamed. "Queen" is standard queen in this case. Useful link though, thanks!

That's some weird labeling.

That FAQ is informative, but limited. There also IKEA Queen Size, which is a centimeter-based size for inch-afflicted territories. It's 150 cm x 200 cm, which is *almost* 59" x 79". :-)

In inch-free territories, the standard widths are 90 cm, 120 cm, 140 cm, 160 cm and 180 cm, which might be called "Single", "Wide Single or Very Cozy Double", "Double for Adults", "Double for Adults with Tiny Visitors" and "King".
