no, that's the standard source, not the dev source. We need fixes going on 9.0.45. Thanks though!
at one point, https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/org.apache.tomcat.embed/tomcat-embed-core/9.0.37-dev got released, but that's the only dev version I can find
