Never tried sangria with white wine or any other alcohol, so I cant tell if it is good or not but I would call that a "sangria recipe based beverage".

It reminds me of reading about some discussions about how "paella", typical spanish food from Valencia, or was it "tortilla de patatas" (omelette made with scrambled eggs and fried potatoes mixed togheter)?, is made around the world. Spanish cooks and "gourmets" complained about it. In my opinion, all of those recipes were variations over the original recipe, so I wouldn't call them "paella" or "tortilla de patatas", but everybody should cook as they like it the most.

The only issue I stand up against is calling beer to alcohol free beverages made with the same ingredients used to make beer. To me, if it doesn't have alcohol it's not beer. ;-)
